The Town of Unity offers attractive incentives for new business locating in Unity, the expansion of existing business in Unity, or the construction of a new home in Unity.
The Commercial and Industrial Incentive Policy provides support in the form of a 3-year phase-in of property tax on new construction and expansion to existing commercial and industrial properties in the Town of Unity.
The Downtown Incentive Policy provides support for individuals who are buying a business in Downtown Unity.
The Infill Residential Incentive Policy provides support for individuals who are building a home in established areas of Unity.
The 8th Ave W Residential Incentive Policy provides support for individuals who are building a home in the new 8th Ave W Subdivision in Unity.

The Town of Unity has a thriving downtown core to meet your shopping needs. As an incentive to locate, Unity's downtown businesses are not required to purchase a Business License. An existing downtown business that is planning improvements to their storefront may also be eligible for the Downtown Incentive Policy.
Homebased businesses are an important part of Unity's business sector. To open a Home-based Business, please complete an Application and submit it to the Town Office.
