The Rack offers a broad scope of first class products and services such as: bulk fuel, bulk fertilizer, seeds, herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, inoculants, custom application, we do this with our highly engaged and skilled team. The Rack is looking to add to our Unity retail team by filling the following two positions:

Customer Service Representative - The Rack is looking for an outgoing, dynamic individual to be our first point of contact in one of our largest retail locations in the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will be responsible for a  wide range of administrative and office support activities to ensure smooth day to day operation and customer experience. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills. General duties will include but are not limited to data entry, maintenance of customer accounts, receiving, screening, and directing incoming phone calls as well as general office duties. The CSR will collaborate closely with the Manager to ensure inventory control over The Rack products and will be expected to assist in the chemical shed including forklift operations. The position requires continual contact with our customers regarding programs and services being offered with entails planning, priortizing and attention to detail. Previous experience in the agriculture industry and a sales environment would be considered an asset.

Customer Experience Sales Specialist - The Rack is looking for an outgoing, dynamic individual to become a member of our sales team as our new Customer Experience Sales Specialist. The Customer Experience Sales Specialist will be responsible to engage new and existing customers in the products or services The Rack has to offer. The position will be responsible to ensure that communication with new customers explains our value-based services as well as enlighten new customers to our niche products that are based on scientific statically driven research. This role will focus on our overall customer experience from start to finish and requires continual contact regarding sales programs being offered. Previous experience in the agriculture industry and a sales environment is a must. 

Parkview Place

Activities Coordinator - Parkview Place is seeking a highly motivated, responsible individual to become our next Activities Coordinator. The successful applicant will be working alongside the Manager to implement seniors' group programs and activities that add quality of life and wellness. This position is a part-time position; minimum 5 hours up to a maximum of 10 hours per week depending on programming; Monday to Friday (some evenings and weekends). Wage negotiable depending on qualifications. The key responsibilities include, but not limited to: developing and publishing the monthly activity calendar for all residents ensuring to meet their spiritual, emotional, mental, social and physical well-being; implement and/or assist in the recreational activities, events, and special occasions; plan and assist with fundraising activities; assume the manager's duties, when absent. Town of Unity - Vacancy - Director of Recreation, Parks and Culture 

The Town of Unity is seeking a highly motivated and  responsible individual for the position of Director of Recreation, Parks and Culture commencing immediately. This out of scope position requires an energetic team player with strong public relations, organizational skills, computer literacy and excellent oral and written communciation abilities. This is a permanent full time position (35 hours/week) with a full benefit package and pension plan.
